Mary Jane Berlin was founded with a higher purpose than becoming an average cannabis expo. We wanted to spread knowledge and educate people across Europe on the importance of the cannabis plant, and how its changing people's lives around the world. We want to show our visitors the variety that the green plant has, and its power. The cannabis plant has been around for centuries but it's only in the past couple of decades that we are starting to be able to use its full potential. 2016
The year that marked the beginning of what would become bigger than ever expected. In 2016 Mary Jane Berlin made head turns with their cannabis conference in the middle of the city, attracting thousands of visitors, even the first ever edition. The conference was held at the famous Postbahnhof.
2017
By the next edition, exhibitors grew to as many as 150 and the expo started to make a name for themselves on an international level and grabbed the attention of media around the world. The 2017 edition was held at an even bigger location with an 8000 square meter capacity, and broke the 2016 visitor number by having over 15,000 visitors on location.
2018
The cannabis expo keeps breaking records and 2018 was no exception, 25,000 visitors were going through the gate to Germany's biggest cannabis expo. The expo started becoming unique in the way that they were offering both B2C and B2B opportunities, and made the expo an event for everyone to benefit from.
2019
In 2019, Mary Jane Berlin changed to the most popular location yet, to Arena Berlin and Badeschiff, offering various happenings with an over 20,000 square meter location. The visitors were even able to jump into the pool on a hot summer day, or enjoy a cold beer in the festival lounge area.
2021
After an unfortunate but necessary break during Covid, Mary Jane Berlin was back bigger and better than ever, and companies and visitors around the world were eager to get back together and exchange knowledge and cannabis experiences.
2022
2022’s edition was the biggest one yet, with over 250+ exhibitors, and 30,000+ visitors, Mary Jane can easily call themselves Germany, if not one of Europes, biggest cannabis events. With the support of the community in Germany and worldwide, Mary Jane has become a staple cannabis event during the year that helps the cannabis industry forward.
